When I had my session with Cara I came in completely open minded but a little sceptical of it all. When you hear hypnotherapy you think many things, vodo, some kinda of magic, but it's so so different from what I thought. Cara is an incredible hypnotherapist! Her work is powerful!! If you’re coming across this review, you’ve found the right person to help you. Cara is a down to earth (natural) born healer. I’m glad I’ve gotten to interact with her. I’ve been to several hypnotherapists and she is truly amazing. When seeking her services, Be prepared to feel understood and heard by someone who truly cares. With Cara, you almost feel as though time isn’t a factor at all with her work. She takes the session where it is needing to go and for as long as it is needed to go. She even checked in with my the very next day.
I was concerned at first because other hypnotherapists weren’t able to take me into deep hypnosis; This trend changed with Cara, she will get you where you need to go.
The hypnosis recording I got from her has been so helpful for my ongoing healing journey. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a change. She’s not only helped the person I am today, but the person I thought I was inside from many years ago.
